Unusual Opportunity for Limington to Support our Veterans
It is estimated that 20 veterans lose their lives to suicide every day, although due to reporting we know this number to be much greater. 22 Ruck Maine, an organization to raise awareness for Veteran Suicide, is organizing a ruck march from Limington to Scarborough on October 29, 2016, in memory of Joseph H Labbe Jr. who took his life October 30, 2015. Limington residents are encouraged to support the cause. Please visit their FaceBook page to make a donation or register for the ruck. You may also reach a registration form directly.

Ambulance Insurance Available
Limington residents are advised to take advantage of the subscription agreement made available by the EMS. Although nobody wants to think about a trip to the hospital, an ambulance run can easily run up to $1,000. Even if you have insurance, it might only cover part of the cost. A small cash outlay right now can buy a lot of peace of mind.
FAMILY: $25 | INDIVIDUAL: $15 | SENIOR: $7:00
Please come down to Town Hall and pick up a subscription form. You may also click on the image above or this link to download a printable copy. This years' coverage ends next March 31st, so it is advisable to secure coverage as soon as possible.
